AFRY Lao Sole Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Social Consultant to strengthen our Environmental & Social team in the Asia–Pacific region. The position will support the delivery of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, with a particular focus on social impact assessment, land acquisition and resettlement, and stakeholder engagement for hydropower and infrastructure projects in Lao PDR and the wider region. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can work effectively within an international, multidisciplinary consulting environment and contribute to delivering high-quality, lender-compliant E&S outputs. The position is based in Vientiane, Lao PDR, and requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel to project sites.
