Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Social Impact Program Coordinator to oversee and assist various initiatives aimed at fulfilling the mission and vision of the One Roof Foundation. This position reports to the Manager of Social Impact and Youth Access. The role involves coordination with different stakeholders, including community organizations, donors, and internal teams, to execute purpose driven programs and events. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social causes, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Hero of the Deep administration and Capstone Event planning:

· Coordinate with nominee leading up to game day recognition.

· Collect all necessary information from nominees to share with production.

· Communicate day of logistical information

· Assist with Capstone Event planning during offseason.

· Event Planning:

· Support fundraising elements of team events as requested.

· Collaborate on developing an overarching plan for One Roof Foundation events.

· Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events from inception to completion.

· Develop timelines, budgets, and event strategies in collaboration with the team.

· Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and event setup.

· Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

· Assist in creating marketing materials, invitations, and promotional content for the events.

· Impact Pillar Support:

· Contribute to various impact pillars such as Hockey Access, Environmental Justice, and Youth Homelessness.

· Work closely with designated team members to support related initiatives:

· Environmental Justice

· Facilitate One Roof Foundation Environmental Justice Youth Externship Program.

· Organize community clean-up initiatives for staff and partners.

· Hockey Access

· Assist with One Roof Foundation Financial Assistance Program

· Assist with other Hockey Access programs and events as assigned.

· Youth Homelessness

· Assist with Youth Homelessness programs and events as assigned.

· Donor CRM/Database Support:

· Collaborate with the team to help build out the donor CRM system.

· Contribute to the design and configuration of the CRM database to align with organizational goals and objectives.

· Regularly update and maintain the donor CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of donor records.

· Input new donor information into the CRM database accurately and efficiently.

· Assist in segmenting donor data for targeted communications and fundraising campaigns.

· Other Duties as assigned.

· Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Passion for social impact and community engagement.

· Previous experience in event planning or coordination is desirable.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.

· Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.

· Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator.

Total Rewards Package:

· Compensation:

o In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the expected salary range for this position is $23.50 to $26.00 per hour. Actual base pay will depend on employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Working Conditions:

· Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.This role is based on-site in our Seattle office and requires work to be performed in person. However, we do value flexibility as the business will allow, and offer occasional opportunities to work from home.
