Your responsibilities as a Member Relations Representative:

Engage with members and potential members through branch activities, promotions, and in-store presence to build membership and increase branch awareness.
Achieve personal sales goals by cross-selling financial products and services tailored to member needs.
Open new accounts/memberships, process loan applications, process transactions and perform account maintenance with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide exceptional member service, maintaining a positive attitude to build and sustain strong relationships.
Assist with audits, balancing of ATM, and maintain vault security.

What You Bring:

Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a comparable financial position. Credit union experience is strongly preferred. Two (2) years of experience in a sale and service-based position.
Passion for Service: Support our credit union's mission, vision, and values with your dedication to delivering exceptional service to our members.
Autonomous Thinker: Exhibit the ability to work independently, coupled with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
