Exciting opportunity for a Charity lawyer to join a successful Private Client team

Charities Solicitor - choice of various office locations (Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Northampton or Norwich) with hybrid working

Client
A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm

Role

Creating, registering, closing and de-registering charitable entities
Advising on trustee roles, charity mergers, asset transfers and regulatory issues
Work collaboratively with property and employment teams on charity matters
Liaising with the Charity Commission
Engaging in business development activity

You

5+ years PQE with experience in dealing with charities of varying sizes
Able to manage complex matters with supervision where appropriate
Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
