If you’re an experienced professional, we have an opportunity to combine customer service, account management, and data analytics to best serve Good360’s network of nonprofits.

The Nonprofit Strategy Team focuses on our network of nonprofits, managing and cultivating a robust network that helps Good360 close the need gap and open opportunity for all.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work cross-functionally to support NPO partners, through their life cycle with Good360, which can include site visits all over the US.
Oversee network engagement, formulate strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to best meet the needs of Good360 NPO partners.
Collect and convey partner feedback to enhance the relationship and drive organizational improvements.
Leverage internal data to identify network opportunities and guide decision-making for partners.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

2+ years of professional work experience
Experience in a client-facing role necessary
Strong attention to detail
Positive, goal-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Multi-tasking ability
Creative problem solving
