Description

Summary:

Provides administrative/secretarial support and coordinate general office functions for the Executive and Assistant Director. This position is to ensure that all administrative systems are in compliance with established Liberty Resources, Inc.’s policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:

Maintain and coordinate Executive and/or Assistant Director’s appointments calendar; apprise Assistant Director of possible problematic issues. Collect agency and staff information and disseminate such information through established channels on behalf of the Executive and/or Assistant Director.
Schedule and book meals, travel and lodging arrangements.
Gather and prepare materials necessary for meetings, presentations and conferences.
Coordinate or distribute important or confidential mailings and documentation to and from the office.
Oversee and follow-up on administrative matters, as directed; inform the Assistant Director on related issues and their impact agency wide.
Prepare and distribute monthly reports to senior management staff on behalf of the Executive and/or Assistant Director.
Work cooperatively and in coordination with all Support Services Departments/units.
Assist Executive and/or Assistant Director and leadership staff with special projects, presentations and reports.
Other work-related duties as assigned.
