The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business management, public administration or similar and a minimum of eight years’ experience with nonprofit or community programs, management, event and project management and strategic relationship building. Compensation: Base starting range: $132,442 to $155,813 annually commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
