Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Director, PACE

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: Norfolk, VA

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Position Summary:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management or related field
Minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting

Job Summary

Provides the management oversight for operational performance, growth, and direction for the PACE programs of Sentara Life Care, the capitated managed care system serving the frail elderly in the community.

PACE specific incumbents for this position require a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population. Travel required.
