About the Role:

Programme lead for key WorldClass volunteer programmes: Including Junior Achievement, Early Learning Initiative and others – managing charity relationships, volunteer recruitment, sign up, training, programme of activities and reporting of volunteer impact.
Volunteer Hub lead: ensuring that content on Deloitte’s volunteer platform – Volunteer Hub is up to date, and all team members are trained in the process of utilising the Hub. Key point of contact for Deloitte Ireland as part of the wider establishment of the Hub across Deloitte NSE.
Communications lead for all internal and external social impact content: prepare communications plans, draft, and review content for weekly and monthly internal communications with other team members. Main point of contact from social impact Team to work closely with the Internal Communications team to ensure implementation of the social impact communications strategy.
Business partner role to all departments for fundraising, volunteering, pro bono activity and department events.
Year-end impact reporting lead – gather, analyse, and prepare data and content for yearend impact reports.
Support with overall project management for Impact Week with specific responsibility for professional skills Impact Week projects.
Social Impact lead for pro bono strategy development.
Support fundraising lead with firm wide fundraising events.
Responsible for the facilitation of experienced hire social impact inductions.
Actively participate in internal and external groups to support with social impact strategy on a national level, including our relationship with Business in the Community Ireland.
Attend relevant external social impact workshops and events - to ensure Deloitte content and activity is up to date with current trends and activity.

About you:

Significant relevant experience in the role of Responsible Business, Corporate Citizenship, Sustainability or other similar.
Educated to degree level (2.1), preferably in Ethics/Responsible Business, Marketing, HR, Sustainability or Business-related discipline. Other areas of experience that would be beneficial: volunteer management, project management, communications, and strong administrative experience.
Knowledge of business operations and corporate responsibility issues and trends that are relevant to Irish companies as well as internationally.
Experience and track record in working in a fast-paced and complex working environment managing multiple priorities and competing demands.
Prepared to travel as necessary in accordance with the fulfilment of the job description.
Prepared to attend evening events and functions from time-to-time outside office hours in accordance with the fulfilment of the job description.
