General Purpose:

This is a contract role with the Brewers Association (BA) social impact functions which include both internal and external facing efforts. Key contributions include administration of the Brewers Association Mentorship Program and social impact grant programs, administrative support for the DEI Committee structure, on-site support for BA events, and marketing and reporting activities for all social impact efforts. This role is approximately 10-12 hours per week.

Essential Duties

Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities as the program administrator for the BA Mentorship program, DEI Mini-Grants program, and CBC travel grants program.

o Update application/proposal guidelines, forms, and templates as required.

o Process applications/proposals.

o Facilitate application/proposal review with selection committees.

o Correspond with program applicants and participants/recipients.

o Serve as primary contact for inquiries and program support needs.

o Create purchase orders, reimbursement requests.

o Provide detailed documentation and complete assessments to assist in program evaluation.

Work closely with internal marketing team to generate awareness and participation in social impact programming by creating program announcements, social media copy, newsletter updates, forum posts, and more.
Provide administrative support for DEI committee and subcommittees.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

· Strong knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion and social impact best practices.

· Experience in coordinating activities, events, programs, or educational curricula.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Excellent writing skills

· Ability to focus on one task for several consecutive hours

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, Work, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Physical requirements include standing for long periods, travel, walking and lifting items up to 40lbs.

· Strong curiosity and desire to learn and grow
