      - Ensure 100% compliance of employee files, statutory records, and internal HR documentation.<\/span>

      - Maintain accurate and error\-free HR data across HRMS, trackers, and reports.<\/span>

      - Coordinate and close background verification, ID card issuance, system access, asset allocation, and insurance enrollment.<\/span>
