Essential functions:

Communicate clearly, consistently, proactively, and accurately with new hires, supervisors, and teammates to ensure an efficient onboarding experience
Create and manage online job postings and recruitment budgets
Collaborate closely with our Vocational, Day, and Support Service Departments to determine staffing needs
Maintain coordination of staffing needs, leading biweekly check-in meetings with supervisors for updates
Regularly schedule and conduct in-person interviews with qualified candidates
Coordinate submission, review, and filing of required hiring documents
Match the people we support with new and existing staff based on schedule and location availability as well as personality, experience, and interest
Attend job fairs, community events, etc. to recruit potential candidates
Work with the Human Resources team to improve internal and external systems
Serve as Chair of the Workforce Workgroup, which focuses on innovative recruitment activities

Qualifications:

2+ years recruiting/hiring experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting individuals with IDD and autism preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Logistics:

Full time (40 hours), Monday-Friday, hourly, non-exempt, based in the office
Occasional evening and/or weekend work required
