The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a detail-oriented Philanthropy Coordinator to administer and maintain donor records in the Raiser's Edge database.

Duties

The Coordinator will be responsible for entering gifts and pledges in the Raiser's Edge database software, preparing deposits, maintaining donor information, producing monthly and annual pledge reminders, correspondence, pledge and gift entry, generating gift acknowledgments, and filing. Other responsibilities include preparing reports; maintaining data; and providing assistance with fundraising software systems and financial development policies and procedures.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years relevant experience, and a high school diploma or its equivalent are required. Experience with Raiser's Edge database is strongly preferred. A degree in a related field is desirable, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills are necessary. Proficiency with spreadsheet applications (Excel), database applications, and Microsoft Office programs is required.
