Product Manager, IT (Hybrid in New York, NY [preferred]; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Durham, NC; or Remote)
The Product Manager will drive product initiatives, lead projects from conception to execution, and manage cross-functional teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Initiatives: Own the development and execution of key product features, including requirements gathering, road mapping, and delivery.
- Product Ownership: Take responsibility for the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring products meet quality, timeline, and business goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering & Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, project management, marketing, and customer service to align priorities and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Customer Empathy & Research: Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to ensure products solve real user pain points.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track metrics (OKRs/KPIs) for product success, using data to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering products that meet user and business needs.
- Experience in nonprofit or philanthropy sectors is a plus but not required. However, a passion for purpose-driven work is essential.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in user story development, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Ability to work effectively across departments, balancing stakeholder needs with business objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for defining and measuring success through OKRs or other key metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Other Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and Product Owner certification (PSPO1 / CSPO)

Please note that all Arabella Advisors’ offices have reopened, and we work in a hybrid environment.
We reopened our offices in Summer of 2022 and work with a hybrid workplace strategy to ensure continued flexibility for our staff, while deepening our strong culture rooted in collaboration and in-person interactions between colleagues. We expect that after their initial onboarding, all Arabellans will have the choice of two hybrid schedules. Our hybrid schedule options include Flex, with 1-2 days per week in the office, or Office-based, with 3+ days per week in the office (or more if preferred) and the remaining days working at home/remotely. Total Rewards (compensation and benefits)
This is a full-time position. We offer a competitive and holistic total rewards package that includes salary, bonus, and benefits. Our compensation ranges are based on national compensation benchmarks for similar organizations.
The starting salary for this position is $123,695 and with an annual bonus potential of 10% for this position.
We consider national benchmark indicators along with job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive.
All full-time staff are eligible for our generous benefits package on their first day of employment:
