Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of experience in child and family services preferred.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Compassion, eagerness to learn, and a passion for advocating for children and families are essential. We’ll teach you the rest!

A Day in the Life:

As a Foster Care Worker, you will:

Support children and families to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments.
Teach vital skills like emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
Partner with foster parents to provide training, licensing support, and guidance to foster families and the children in their care.
