Our client, a leading financial services multinational company, is hiring a
Senior Commercial Credit Analyst. The role involves evaluating commercial
credit requests, renewals, and modifications while ensuring compliance
with credit policies of the company, risks management and analysis of
financial trends, and coordinating with legal and lending teams to
safeguard interests and support credit operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, negotiate, and compile documentation for commercial credit requests, renewals, and modifications, ensuring compliance and completeness.
- Evaluate financial and non-financial data, identifying risks, and
preparing credit packages with recommendations on structure,
terms, and conditions. - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams
and clients, ensuring alignment on credit-related matters. - Monitor portfolio performance, assess credit risk trends, and proactively address potential issues to minimize exposure.
- Develop and present key performance metrics and credit proposals to senior management and decision-making forums.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Oversee documentation, closing, and funding processes for transactions, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Manage compliance audits, implementing action plans as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive credit packages for presentations.
- Ability to concisely present request and risks associated with the credit package including recommendations.
- Support dealer credit service requests.
