Program Manager
Location: Scott County Residential, 12390 Ottawa Ave, Savage, MN 55378
FLSA Status: Full-time, Salary, Exempt
FTE: 1.0
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
Purpose:
This full-time exempt position is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day operations at our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility. We are committed to providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to our residents. We are also committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.
This position is responsible for providing leadership, management, and clinical supervision to program supervisors, as well as managing external changes that impact service delivery, financial structure, integration, and expansion opportunities. The Program Manager serves on the organization's Clinical Operations Team with other clinical leaders across Guild to advance the mission and vision of the agency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Well-developed service delivery concepts that support the agency's mission.
- Knowledge of laws, rules and policies that pertain to IRTS and Crisis programs.
- Demonstrate skill in participative management and supervision of staff.
- Program-level budgeting including oversight and accountability.
- Promote an inclusive, diverse, and culturally knowledgeable, and respectful environment.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills including the ability to independently meet deadlines and prioritize competing activities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with clients, staff, community partners and stakeholders; including creating documentation, facilitating meetings and giving presentations.
- Effective engagement of staff, facilitate change management, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Lead the work of a team in defining shared responsibilities and assignment of work; provide leadership and direction to others.
- Provide continuous assessments and input in the program's development in meeting consumer and staff needs.
- Use critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems and identify the essential factors in situations and creatively engage individuals in solutions.
- Be flexible and respond quickly to rapidly changing conditions in the workplace and levels in service demand.
- Exhibit a sense of personal and professional empowerment, to influence and create positive change.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in behavioral sciences AND
- Two years supervisory experience.
- Licensed as a mental health professional in the state of Minnesota, or able to complete licensure within six months.
Additional Requirements:
- Must not be actively receiving services from Guild and cannot have received services within the last two years.
- Ability to pass a MN Department of Human Services background check.
- Must be ambulatory and able to navigate stairways.
