The Position
- The Senior Manager, One Time Gifts will lead the development and delivery of one-time gifts strategies across multiple product lines and provide relevant and innovative product offerings to new and existing donors, grow overall portfolio revenue and contribute to key organizational metrics.
- The Senior Manager, One Time Gifts will collaborate with various channel and audience leads across the organization, as well as external partners to deliver integrated campaigns and best-in-class experience throughout the donor life cycle. The Senior Manager will also work closely with channel/product owners/insights team to identify audience needs and motivations to help determine product innovation priorities.
- The role will provide leadership ad coaching to a team of direct reports and motivate a team of wider stakeholders to achieve revenue and retention targets.
What success looks like?
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to grow revenue and increase average revenue per donor of mass donors across all one-time gift products (Gifts of Hope, Children in Crisis Response Fund, Emergency Appeals, General Fund)
- Develop the strategic vision and oversee execution of Gifts of Hope holiday campaign, working with key stakeholders across all points of the donor lifecycle to deliver a complex and highly integrated campaigns
- Drive product innovation by identifying and testing new opportunities to engage existing and new audiences
- Develop annual business plans, contribute to cross-team planning, and deliver regular revenue and expense budget reporting
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to continually improve collaboration and integration amongst departments and be a key thought leader on one time gift products
- Manager a high-performing team of two direct reports
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and proven success in developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue and provide best-in-class customer experiences
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and working collaboratively with multiple departments to achieve results
- Experience in managing large budgets and delivering toward ambitious revenue and retention goals
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment
- Resourcefulness, innovation, and creativity
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills paired with the ability to inspire confidence and trust
- Experience working with external creative agency partners would be considered an asset

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $73,000 and $92,000. We comprehensively evaluate a variety of factors to determine fair compensation, including experience, specific job-related skills, and relevant educational or professional training.
