Department: Middle Office

Location: Glasgow
Role Type: 12 months
The Role
To provide comprehensive data entry support to ensure accurate, high quality, effective and efficient information is captured on systems which feed through to allow for an excellent client service. Demonstrates compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory framework.
Outcomes of the Role
- To cover a range of administration tasks ensuringcompletion is prompt andto a highstandard.
- Range of possible tasks include, though is not limited to:
- Understand client documentation and the systems relevant to ensure accurate records are maintained: InvestCloud, RID, Account Opening
- Inputting data to correct fields accurately
- Checking data entered is 100% accurate
- Update InvestCloud Data Entry Team Database
- Contribute to team meetings, suggest improvements to procedures and processes
- Seek andimplement solutions and best practises across the team
- Ensure KPIs are maintained
- Complete any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Have experience working in a similar role in Financial Services, the Investment or WealthManagement industry
- Understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate
- Be proactive in seeking opportunities to gain knowledge and understanding to aidability to complete the role to a high standard
- Be proactive in seeking opportunities to drive efficiency in the team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy, within tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build constructive relationships with other staff members at various levels
- Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- IOC qualification is desirable
- Administration/data entry experience
