<\/span><\/span><\/span>A minimum of 7 years of
progressively responsible experience in development, focused on providing
policy advice, technical assistance and/or programming around gender equality,
women’s empowerment and women’s rights issues; part of which should include
previous field experience with international development organization;<\/span>

in the development of <\/span>Gender
Transformative <\/span>programs
and projects, including translating design into solid implementation with sound
results;<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience
in planning and facilitating training/workshops on Child Protection <\/span>and Safeguarding<\/span> <\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience
in writing/ contributing significantly to successful grant proposals;<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Understanding
the application of rights -based approaches in both development and humanitarian<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>This
position requires high computer literacy with full knowledge of office
applications.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience
in Civil society strengthening and engagement<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience of integration of gender into organisational management
processes and systems, such as finance, human resources, governance and MERL.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Extensive experience in
designing and implementing gender equality programming, with demonstrated experience
in using an intersectional approach<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in developing
guidelines, tools and SoPs for integrating gender equality considerations
across different sectoral programs (Child Protection, WASH, Nutrition, ASRH,
SOYEE)<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated gender responsive
and intersectional program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
skills<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Significant experience in
gender equality and SGBV training, and capacity building. <\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Commitment to comply with organization's policies and practice with respect to child safeguarding, PSEA,
code of conduct, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and
procedures.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated ability to
manage and prioritize competing priorities across multiple complex contexts<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability
to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to technically support in the design of Gender program and
implementation including monitoring and evaluation.<\/span>
