1. Project Implementation<\/b>

Ensure effective implementation of all project activities in the assigned taluk as per the project plan.

Facilitate awareness campaigns, community sessions, and training programs related to child protection, gender equality, health, education, and livelihood.

Mobilize and engage community -based groups, local leaders, and volunteers.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
2. Monitoring and Reporting<\/b>
<\/h4>
Track progress of activities and maintain records/documentation.
<\/p><\/li>
Submit timely reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to the District Coordinator.
<\/p><\/li>
Identify gaps or issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
3. Stakeholder Coordination<\/b>
<\/h4>
Liaise with government departments (e.g., ICDS, Health, Education, Police), Panchayats, and NGOs for effective convergence.
<\/p><\/li>
Represent the project in taluk -level meetings and forums.
<\/p><\/li>
Support capacity -building efforts for frontline workers and local stakeholders.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
4. Community Engagement<\/b>

Strengthen local Child Protection Committees, Women Support Groups, or similar community institutions.
<\/p><\/li>
Identify vulnerable children and women and ensure they are referred to appropriate services.
<\/p><\/li>
Foster participatory approaches to problem -solving and planning within the community.

5. Emergency Response & Resilience Building<\/b>
<\/h4>
Support families and communities in building preparedness and coping strategies against disasters, exploitation, or abuse.

Promote access to social security schemes, education, health, and legal aid services.
