Lead and implement a
national strategy to expand company's model to other governorates, in
coordination with the Ministry of Social Development (MOSD) and other
stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Identify and pursue
opportunities to diversify workshop models beyond paper recycling, while
maintaining quality and inclusion standards.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Develop multi -year business
plans focused on social impact, revenue generation, and sustainability.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Represent the company for
Business in high -level meetings with government partners and donors.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Operational Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Oversee all daily
operations of the Muscat workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and inclusion.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Supervise and support the
Workshop Unit Manager and all operational staff.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Ensure that the work
environment is inclusive, safe, and productive for employees with intellectual
disabilities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Develop systems to monitor
workflow, output, and continuous improvement.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Financial Oversight<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and manage the
organization’s annual budget and monitor cash flow.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Ensure the social
enterprise moves toward financial self -sufficiency through diversified revenue
channels.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Coordinate with the client's Executive Directors on any donor -funded support while maximizing earned income
from product sales.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Brand and Commercial Development<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Oversee the client's
growth as a national label for disability -made products.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Support the efforts of the
Business Development Executive and guide retail expansion across supermarkets,
bazaars, exhibitions, and online platforms.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Ensure that product
quality, branding, and storytelling align with the brand’s inclusive and
national identity.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Team Leadership and inclusion<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Recruit, supervise, and
develop all team members, including persons with disabilities, with support
from relevant parties and specialists from the Ministry of Social Development
when needed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Ensure that inclusive HR
policies are followed in recruitment, performance management, and professional
development, in coordination with relevant parties from Ministry of Social
Development or Ministry of Labor as needed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Work closely with
specialists, whether privately recruited or from the relevant ministries to
adapt workflows and job roles for individuals with varying abilities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Serve as the main point of contact for the Ministry
of Social Development and other governmental bodies.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Build relationships and collaborate with
stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, donors, and community
members, to align activities with broader organizational goals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Act as a spokesperson for the workshop and brand,
promoting its vision and achievements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Lead negotiations and oversee execution of MOUs and
LTAs with national and regional authorities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Support replication efforts by providing operational
guidance and ensuring consistency across future workshop sites.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Monitoring, Evaluation &
Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Establish KPIs to measure
both operational success and social impact.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Submit regular performance
and financial reports to the Executive Director.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Track and report outcomes
to MOSD and other partners as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
<\/span><\/span>Education:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Enterprise,
Operations Management, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
7 -10 years
of experience in general management, preferably in social enterprises or
sustainability -focused organizations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Proven
track record of leading teams, budgets and managing retails or brand operations
efficiently.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Background in inclusive
employment, disability advocacy, or community development is highly desirable.<\/span>
