As State Lead â System Adoption, you will lead the design, execution, and scale\-up of large\-scale projects in collaboration with government education systems. You will translate vision into actionable plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure the adoption of Medhaâs programs into state and institutional frameworks.<\/span>

Strategic Planning, Execution & Monitoring<\/span>

Translate vision and objectives into clear execution roadmaps with measurable milestones.

Develop strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing program visibility and raising awareness.
<\/span><\/li>
Oversee timely delivery of project goals, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
<\/span><\/li>
Troubleshoot bottlenecks, manage interdependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.

Government & Stakeholder Relationship Management<\/span>

- Build and nurture trust\-based relationships with senior government officials, institutional heads, and partner organizations.

- Represent Medha in high\-level meetings, steering committees, and review forums.

- Align evaluation strategy with program design, government priorities, and donor needs.

  - Use data\-driven insights to guide course corrections and process improvements.
