Promote
agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and ensure adherence to delivery

thorough documentation, project archiving, and knowledge sharing.<\/span><\/span>

Supervise
and guide project team members, consultants, and external resources.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
To Be Successful in The Role You Will Need<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>8+ years of experience in project
management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and 3 years in managing
technology driven projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Proven ability to work across both business
and technical domains.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Demonstrated experience in client -facing
roles, ideally with public sector or institutional clients.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Strong understanding of project management
methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile delivery
frameworks.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Solid knowledge of business analysis,
requirements gathering, and solution design.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and
problem -solving skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Strong interpersonal and communication
skills, both in Arabic and English.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
and build strong working relationships.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>High tolerance for change, complexity, and
ambiguity.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Strong sense of discretion and
professionalism.<\/span><\/span>
