Mercy House Adult & Teen Challenge is launching <\/span>Sacred Grove<\/b>, a new Women’s Campus dedicated to Christ -centered recovery and restoration for women—and eventually women with their children. We’re seeking a <\/span>Program Outreach & Work Coordinator<\/b> <\/span>to help connect our students with meaningful work, service, and ministry opportunities while fostering spiritual growth and life skills.

What You’ll Do<\/b>

Build partnerships with churches, businesses, and community organizations.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate student work schedules, thrift store responsibilities, and outreach projects.
<\/p><\/li>
Represent the program at community events to raise awareness and support.
<\/p><\/li>
Mentor students in work settings, modeling Christ -like leadership.
<\/p><\/li>
Track student progress, work hours, and outreach activities.

Requirements<\/h3>
What We’re Looking For<\/b>

Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
<\/p><\/li>
Passion for ministry and heart for women in recovery.
<\/p><\/li>
Organizational and leadership skills.
<\/p><\/li>
High School Diploma (additional education preferred).
<\/p><\/li>
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
