About the role
As Injury Management Specialist, you will:
- Lead and coordinate targeted injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work (RTW) programs
- Provide expert case management of complex Workers Compensation claims
- Partner with service managers to advise on WHS risks, incident investigations, and compliance
- Assist in developing and evaluating WHS policies, procedures, and employee wellness initiatives
- Deliver training and coaching to stakeholders on best practice injury and WHS processes
- Use data and insights to support continuous improvement in safety outcomes

Skills & experience
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Injury Management or a related field or related experience
- Bring experience managing workers compensation claims and/or injury management consultancy
- Strong grasp of WHS and Workers Compensation legislation and apply this knowledge to support safe and effective workplaces
- Communicate clearly, coach confidently, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities with ease
- Hold a current driver’s licence and am willing to travel to regional locations when required
