JOB SUMMARY: Work involves a wide variety of involved clerical operations, requiring the interpretation of broad guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs moderate level administrative functions (word processing)
- Performs general clerical duties (typing, filing, data entry, etc.)
- Answers phones, greets clients, maintains office’s general voicemail box
- Logs and tracks revenue donations
- Logs and tracks in-kind donations
- Compiles and submits reports
- Prepares donor thank you letters as requested
- Responsible for mail pickup and distribution between locations
- Distributes confidential and sensitive documents as necessary
- Assists with facilities management by stocking consumables daily
- Operates a variety of office equipment
- Prepares monthly staff meeting minutes and attendance record
- Prepares and maintains daily and weekly staff schedules and staff phone extension listing

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of and skilled in office administrative procedures. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Law experience preferred???????.
