This is a full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) in a vibrant, fast-paced service thatâs bursting with energy, fun, and purpose.
Weâre looking for someone who brings passion, experience, and a sense of leadership. Ideally, youâll have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Social Care and PBS experience
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication, and physical health support
But donât worry if you donât have the qualification yet â if youâve got solid experience in social care, weâll support you to gain your qualifications while you work with us.

As part of the recruitment process, youâll visit the home of the people we support â giving you a chance to connect, understand their needs, and see their amazing personalities shine.
This service supports 12 incredible individuals, aged between 21 and 72, each with unique needs including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, mental health challenges, and other complex conditions.
Theyâre full of life and love to:

đ¤ Your Role as an Advanced Support Worker
Youâll be a mentor, leader, and role model â supporting both the people we supoort and your fellow team members.
Youâll work alongside a large, well-established team of around 50 support workers, offering guidance, sharing your expertise, and helping everyone deliver the best life possible.
