OPPORTUNITY
The Data Analyst is a critical member of the Evaluation & Learning team, primarily responsible for the management, analysis, interpretation, and visualization of data to inform program strategy and measure organizational impact. This role works closely with the Data Coordinator, Salesforce Systems Administrator, and Data Training & Support Manager to translate raw program data into actionable insights for staff, leadership, and other stakeholders, including monitoring for accurate, complete, and consistent data. This position requires a strong analytical background, proficiency with data reporting tools–particularly Salesforce, and a passion for data-driven decision making.
