Carry out assigned cleaning duties following health and safety guidelines.<\/span>

Complete and record all health, wellbeing, and building checks according to procedures.<\/span>

Identify and report building defects in line with safety standards.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Level 2 qualification in a social care field (e.g., NVQ, GCSEs).
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
At least 1 year of paid experience supporting vulnerable individuals, ideally in housing, outreach, or similar roles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Experience in crisis intervention and providing emotional support is desirable.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Ability to remain calm, professional, and resilient in challenging or emergency situations.<\/span>

Good written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and communication.<\/span>

Understanding of housing issues, homelessness, and community integration.<\/span>
