Right now, we are looking for an experienced Digital Services Officer to join our team!
The DSR Officer is a member of the Digital Solutions and Resources team and plays a key role in supporting all Big Fat Smile team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT help desk support
- resolve technical issues or escalate and document appropriately when required
- Support staff in the use of ICT hardware, peripherals and software
- monitoring and maintenance of Big Fat Smile's infrastructure and key systems & IT asset register
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Extra Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and SaaS-based applications
- Perform onsite visits to our locations to install, maintain and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure
- Uphold and strengthen Big Fat Smile's Cyber Security practices
- work collaboratively with the DSR team
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Wollongong Head Office with travel to other business units required.

What you need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering Level 1 & 2 Help Desk Support
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Information Communications Technology
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (Essential Eight, NSSIT)
- Cleared valid for paid work, Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
