Implementation and Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Lead and coordinate the implementation of
all SGBV -related activities in line with the approved project work plan,
results framework, and donor requirements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Facilitate the integration of
disability -inclusive SGBV interventions within ongoing Multi Annual Programme APP
and CBR programme activities at community and district levels.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Oversee capacity -building activities for
service providers, including training health, legal, and psychosocial support
staff on disability -inclusive SGBV response.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Support the training and mentorship of
Adolescent Disability Ambassadors (ADAs) and community -based protection
workers.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Organize and facilitate social behavior
change initiatives including community dialogues, awareness campaigns on SGBV
prevention and rights of CYWD.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Coordinate multi -sectoral collaboration
through regular case conferences, joint referrals, and follow -ups with key
service providers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Management and Survivor Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Monitor and support the establishment of
accessible, confidential, and child -friendly SGBV reporting and referral
mechanisms in all districts.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Collaborate with the key stakeholders to
ensure survivors access holistic services (medical, legal, psychosocial, and
shelter).<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Maintain a confidential database of
survivor cases in coordination with relevant partners and ensure adherence to
data protection protocols.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Facilitate the provision of resources for
survivors (transport, medical examination, interpretation, shelter, and counseling).<\/span><\/span>

Development and Mentorship<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Develop and regularly update training
manuals, IEC materials, and protocols for disability -inclusive SGBV response.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Facilitate training for health service
providers, community workers, and justice officers on inclusive,
survivor -centered, and child -friendly response mechanisms.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Mentor community -based actors to improve
early identification and referral of SGBV cases involving CYWD.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Support capacity strengthening of
district -level coordination mechanisms (District Child Protection Committees,
SGBV Subcommittees) in disability inclusive prevention and response efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>Partnership
and Stakeholder Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Build strong collaboration with
stakeholders including government ministries and stakeholders within the VFS.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Represent JF Kapnek in stakeholder
coordination forums at national levels and sub national GBV and protection forums.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Support advocacy efforts to influence
policy and practice around disability -inclusive SGBV prevention and child
protection.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Liaise with community and religious
leaders to promote positive behavioural and social norms preventing SGBV.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Safeguarding
and Risk Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>Promote safeguarding, survivor -centered
approaches, and ethical standards in all SGBV interventions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Conduct regular safeguarding risk
assessments in target districts and implement contextualized mitigation
measures.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Ensure that all programme staff and partners are
trained and compliant with JF Kapnek safeguarding policies<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Person
Specification<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s degree in social work, Gender Studies,
Psychology a related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>A master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added
advantage.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in Child protection and
GBV programming, preferably in disability and child protection settings.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Proven track record of working with government, NGOs, and community
structures on gender, child protection, or disability -inclusive programming.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Experience managing multi -stakeholder programmes, training
community -based actors, and implementing social behaviour change communication
(SBCC) strategies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>Demonstrable experience in case management, coordination, and report
writing.<\/span><\/span>
