We are looking for a Fundraising Events Coordinator to plan, deliver and support a range of inspiring fundraising events that make a real difference.
In this role, you will work closely with individuals, community groups and corporate partners, providing excellent supporter care and ensuring fundraisers have the guidance, resources and motivation they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and deliver fundraising events from concept to completion
• Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, materials and schedules
• Create engaging fundraising resources and promotional materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fundraisers, volunteers and partners
• Provide outstanding supporter care before, during and after events
• Support income generation and community engagement through events and activities
About You
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about fundraising and community impact
• Confident communicator, able to build positive relationships with a wide range of people
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience in events, fundraising or community engagement is desirable but not essential
