Professional education and experience requirements for the role include:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

Bachelorâs degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or related discipline<\/span>

Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity.<\/span>

Experience with MS Office. Higher level skills in Excel and PowerPoint is required.<\/span>

Experience working with a Human Capital Management System or an Applicant Tracking System. <\/span>
