About the Role
Kitsap Credit Union is in search of a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator is a proactive individual who helps us continually enhance and improve our Salesforce platform. This person meets regularly with front-line users and leaders to gather feedback and requirements, then uses that information to guide the roadmap and design and implement scalable solutions in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation of Salesforce. Salesforce Administrator is also comfortable with change management and governance, and well versed in communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of Salesforce. This person is also experienced in integrations to FSC and can help us reach our goal of this platform being a “single pane of glass” for our front-line staff.

Principal Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce FSC environment.
- Responsible for all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and integrations.
- Responsible for product management activities like understanding the “voice of the customer” (internal front-line staff), gathering feedback and ideas, but then also guiding the decision makers on any potential unintended / negative consequences of an idea.
- Responsible for data hygiene and integrity in the Salesforce platform.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Identify and gather requirements, translate those into best practice solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): workflows, process builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage FSC data feeds and other integrations, both to internal and external tools.
- Work with IT and business leadership to create a roadmap and establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Partner closely with the Salesforce developer on features that would be better suited for a code-based solution.
- Collaborate with data and software engineers to enable data integrations to FSC.
- Keep the environment up-to-date with thrice-yearly Salesforce upgrades.
- Build release planning and sandbox management processes.
- Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Assist in training new users, implement a Power User Group, and grow the Salesforce skillset across the organization.

- Experience training end users and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a high level of engagement and active collaboration contributing to a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce administration, with strong preference given to experience with FSC.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Additional Salesforce certifications a plus.
Supervisory Status
This position does not supervise others.
Working Conditions
This position will be required to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels, and, with or without reasonable accommodation is required:

- Works in an indoor office environment but expected to attend meetings in buildings that require travel in outdoor weather conditions
