World Central Kitchen is responding to severe flooding in Montería, Córdoba, by partnering with local restaurants to provide warm, nourishing meals to affected communities. We are seeking Restaurant Support Team (RST) Members to support this emergency response in the field.
RST Members work alongside restaurant partners to ensure meals meet WCK’s culinary, safety, and operational standards during disaster conditions. This is a support and coaching role not a takeover focused on empowering local kitchens to operate safely and efficiently at scale.
- Duration: Contract term positions with the opportunity for renewal, offering a unique chance to support WCK's responses.
- Rates: Contract rates are based on experience and location; contract rates are included only when on rotation or activation.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must have culinary experience and working authorization in activation location within the Columbia. Bilingual fluency is preferred - Spanish and English.

Scope of Work
- Support restaurant partners in producing high-quality, comforting meals
- Guide food safety, sanitation, and disaster kitchen best practices
- Coach teams on large-scale production, recipe scaling, and efficiency
- Coordinate daily capacity, meal counts, and needs with Distribution
- Support onboarding, documentation, and reporting (RST reports)
- Review and support partner meal reporting and invoicing as needed

- Acompañar procesos de producción a gran escala y escalamiento de recetas
- Coordinar capacidad diaria y conteo de comidas con el equipo de Distribución
- Apoyar procesos de incorporación, reportes y documentación (informes RST)
- Revisar y apoyar reportes de comidas y facturación cuando sea necesario
Perfil Buscado
- Experiencia en cocina profesional, catering o servicios de alimentos
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y acompañamiento
- Capacidad para demostrar empatía y respeto en entornos de presión
- Adaptabilidad en contextos dinámicos y con recursos limitados
