- Must meet minimum age required for certifications below
- 2 years of experience in an aquatics environment teaching swim lessons or lifeguarding
- Experience co-facilitating Aquatic Trainings
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Basic Lifeguarding Certification and must be from one of the following certifying organizations:
- American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute.
- Current O2 certification and must be from one of the following certifying organizations: American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification and must be from one of the following certifying organizations: American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute
- One of the following Certifications is required, additional Certification(s) dependent trainings
performed:
- Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (must crossover to YMCA within 6 months)
- Current YMCA Swim Lesson (YSL) Certification or American Red Cross WSI Certification (must obtain YSL within 6 months)
