The Role:We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Events & Community team, owning the strategy and execution of the programs that make Instrumentl the center of gravity for grant professionals.This is a player-coach role. You'll set the vision and manage a small team, but you'll also be hands-on: building new programs, optimizing existing channels, and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of the Marketing team to drive measurable business outcomes.
