Do you have a passion for competitive volleyball and a drive to help young athletes grow? Asphalt Green Volleyball Club is seeking Assistant Coaches for the 2025–2026 club season. We are looking for committed individuals who bring energy, knowledge, and strong communication to support our mission of developing confident, skilled, and competitive volleyball players.

About the Role:
Assistant Coaches work under the guidance of experienced Head Coaches to support player development, team strategy, and overall season success. You will be involved in training sessions, game-day coaching, and program-wide development initiatives throughout the season.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support team practices and game preparation from September through May/June.

Assist with technical instruction, drill execution, and player feedback.

Provide positive reinforcement and uphold team expectations and culture.

Collaborate with Head Coaches and club leadership on player development plans.

Attend team tournaments on assigned weekends.

Participate in monthly coaching development sessions led by club staff.

Season Schedule ( Until May/June 2026):

Team Practices:

Weekday evenings, 1 hour and 45-minute (typically Mondays & Thursdays OR Tuesdays & Thursdays), between 6:15pm – 9:15pm

Saturdays (1 hour and 45-minute team training block between 1:30pm – 7:30pm)

Tournaments:

Select weekends (January – May/June), including holiday weekends

Compensation:

$3,290 stipend, prorated from your start date- end of season
