As a Relationship Manager you will inspire and motivatea wide range ofsupporters(including individuals, groups, and corporate partners)to developstrongrelationships, maximising in-year fundraising opportunities andlong-termvalue.
We are looking for candidates from a business development or fundraising background who are excited to join our hard-working team in theSouth West.We’relooking for a natural people person, with excellent relationship building skills, confident in negotiating with and influencing a diverserangeof supporters. You’llbe used to managingmultiplepriorities and be adaptable in an environment where no two days are the same.

This is ahome-basedrole with significant travel across the patch to maximise community engagement. There will be some out of hours workingsuch as supportermeetings andevents, however you will get this time back via our time off in lieu policy.
