WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?<\/b>

Visual Collateral Production<\/b>
<\/p>
Design concept\-heavy graphics aligned with project goals and target audience
<\/span><\/li>
Create content for digital and print: presentations, social media, reports, event branding, etc.
<\/span><\/li>
Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and program teams to shape visual narratives
<\/span><\/li>
Lead creative brainstorming, ensuring design outputs align with organizational objectives<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>Brand Identity & Asset Creation<\/b>
<\/p>
Support and lead the development and evolution of a strong, consistent visual identity
<\/span><\/li>
Design or redesign brand assets such as logos, icons, brochures, illustrations, and more
<\/span><\/li>
Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals<\/span>
<\/li>
<\/ul>Brand Compliance & Quality Control<\/b>
<\/p>
Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency
<\/span><\/li>
Partner with marketing, program, and leadership teams to craft unified, powerful visuals
<\/span><\/li>
Conduct periodic brand audits and refreshes of visual elements as needed<\/span>

<\/ul>Strategic Design Support<\/b>

Direct high\-stakes visual projects (campaigns, flagship reports, large events)
<\/span><\/li>
Design or oversee production of digital and print materials â presentations, social media, reports, web graphics, and more
<\/span><\/li>
Provide guidance on style, images, and visual treatments to best communicate project goals
<\/span><\/li>
<\/ul>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>
2\-4 years of experience in visual\/graphic design.
<\/span><\/li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
<\/span><\/li>
Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout
<\/span><\/li>
Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas visually
<\/span><\/li>
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills<\/span>
