Job Summary:
Attic Angel Place is seeking an experienced AM Resident Services Supervisor to lead our daytime care team, support nursing and management, and ensure exceptional resident care in a senior living environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday – 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with weekend and on-call rotation 6x/yr.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise, train, and coach Resident Services Assistants
- Assist with daily staffing and scheduling needs
- Ensure resident care follows Individual Service Plans (ISP)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to RN/Administrator
- Report incidents per DHS and Attic Angel guidelines
- Complete RN-delegated tasks and accurate EMR documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service with a hospitality focus
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CNA preferred with 5+ years senior living experience
- Completion of CBRF courses (including Medication Administration)
- Knowledge of DHS 83 & 89 regulations
- CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days)
