DescriptionSummary/Objective
This warehouse position is responsible for the general labor to perform operations as needed to satisfy customer order fulfillment. All aspects of this position require an individual who is safety conscious, has an enjoyable and outgoing attitude, and wants to excel in a warehouse environment. Also, this position is responsible for enforcing and maintaining all policies, procedures, maintenance, and security requirements. Furthermore, this position will meet internal and external customer needs in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
Major Work Duties Essential Job Functions

Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients’ treatment.

Encourage clients to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, helping them develop insight into themselves or their relationships.

Collect information about clients through interviews, observation, or tests.

Fill out and maintain client-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms, client diagnostic records, and progress notes.

Transport clients to and from work.

Guide clients in the development of skills or strategies for dealing with their problems.

Perform crisis interventions with clients.

Act as client advocates to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crises.

Strong computer skills and mechanical aptitude

Ability to pay significant attention to detail, be self-motivated, ability to function as a team member in a group environment, and communicate with all levels of the department and organization

Accurately match numbers & letters

Unpacking of bulk product

Qualifications

Regular attendance is an essential function of this position

Must follow all OSHA safety regulations

Supervisory Responsibility
-
Must train and oversee crew members (per DODD rules and properly supervising and safety techniques, reviewing the training effectiveness)

Must maintain a Safety Program for crew members, reviewing for continuous improvements

Must maintain all crew members’ ISPs, making sure the most recent ISP for each crew member has at the worksite (per DODD rules)

Must follow MUI/UIR reporting procedures (per CSBDD and the DODD rules)

Must report any changes or behavior issues to the crew member’s Service & Support Administrator (SSA), the Weaver Community Employment General Manager, and the Employment Services Manager

Must complete and submit all required paperwork (tracking forms, etc.)

Must be able to transport crew members to and from the worksite
Work Environment
- Must be able to perform all duties in cool, mild, and hot weather
Physical Demands

You must be able to work with your hands, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach with your hands and arms

Must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
-
Ability to stand for six-hour shifts (7 am-1 pm)
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

1st shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (approximate hours)

2nd shift Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (approximate hours)
