Client Accounting Services: <\/b>Our Client Accounting Services Group has been around for over 20 years and is made up of dedicated personnel whose only assignments are supporting our client base. We are full\-time CPAs, CMAs, Accountants and Business Managers. We understand the issues that Controllers and CFOs face every day â and our technology, experience and flexibility add real value. Accounting Consulting for us is not something that fills our downtime; it is our focus all year long. Our services range from bookkeeping to budgeting and forecasting. Our Client Accounting Services Team ensures our clients have the information and advice they require to run their business\/organization.

What Youâll Do<\/b>
<\/p>
Lead\/support fullâaccrual monthâend close, journal entries, reconciliations, A\/P, A\/R, payroll, and financial reporting.
<\/li>
Analyze and clean up general ledger activity to ensure accuracy.
<\/li>
Assist with cash flow, disclosures, budgeting, and annual planning.
<\/li>
Communicate directly with clients and coordinate with auditors and external partners.
<\/li>
Improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and help upgrade or implement accounting systems.
<\/li>
Supervise staff as needed.
<\/li>

Requirements<\/h3>
What You Bring<\/b>
<\/p>
Associateâs in Accounting required; Bachelorâs preferred.
<\/li>
4+ years accounting experience with nonprofit exposure (industry or public).
<\/li>
Strong monthâend close and reconciliation skills.
<\/li>
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Intacct, and Bill.com strongly preferred.
<\/li>
Excellent communication, client service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple engagements.
<\/li>
CPA\/CMA a plus.
<\/li>
<\/ul>Compensation<\/b>
<\/p>
$70,000â$92,000 base salary, depending on experience. Additional discretionary bonus opportunities available.
