strengthening India’s skill and vocational education ecosystem. LAHI works
closely with 20+ State and UT governments through long -term partnerships,
providing technical advisory and Project Management Unit (PMU) support to drive
systemic reforms. In Uttar Pradesh, LAHI partners with the Directorate of
Training (DTE) and the State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) to support
large -scale improvements in ITIs, skill education curriculum, assessments,
certification, and policy implementation .<\/span>

The Manager – NEP Operationalization will lead
the strategic translation of <\/span><\/span><\/span>NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 (Skill Education) into scalable, on -ground models
for schools. This role requires a blend of <\/span><\/span>policy analysis, program
design, team leadership, cross -functional collaboration, and advocacy to embed skill education within
government systems effectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Policy Implementation & Program Design<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Interpret
and operationalize NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 provisions related to skill and
vocational education<\/span>
<\/li>Lead the
integration of skill education content with NCF, NSQF, and state
curricula<\/span>
<\/li>Support the
design, piloting, and statewide scaling of skill education programs<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Team & Project Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Manage and
mentor the NEP–NCF team, ensuring timely and high -quality delivery of
project outputs<\/span>
<\/li>Foster a
collaborative and learning -oriented team culture<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Cross -Functional Coordination<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Collaborate
closely with implementation, partnerships, research, and operations teams
to ensure alignment and synergies<\/span>

& External Engagement<\/span>
<\/li>Engage with
State Education Departments, SCERTs, PMUs, and other key stakeholders<\/span>
<\/li>Represent
the organization in policy consultations, working groups, and public
forums on NEP–NCF implementation<\/span>

Drive
advocacy efforts to influence policy and strengthen the skilling ecosystem<\/span>
<\/li>Develop
high -quality policy notes, presentations, and capacity -building resources
tailored to diverse stakeholder groups<\/span>
