A large public\-sector organization is seeking a Talent Operations Manager<\/b> to lead and strengthen pre\-boarding and onboarding operations for a high\-volume, decentralized workforce. This role reports to senior HR leadership and combines hands\-on execution with people leadership<\/b> to ensure a consistent, high\-quality new\-hire experience.
<\/p>
The Manager will directly oversee a Talent Operations Specialist and work closely with an HR Generalist supporting onboarding activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes while remaining actively involved in day\-to\-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
Oversee and manage end\-to\-end pre\-boarding and onboarding processes
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure consistency, compliance, and a strong candidate experience across departments
<\/p><\/li>
Directly manage and coach a Talent Operations Specialist
<\/p><\/li>
Partner with HR leadership and onboarding support staff to drive process improvements
<\/p><\/li>
Track onboarding activity, metrics, and documentation
<\/p><\/li>
Support HR systems and workflows (Workday\/ADP preferred)<\/p><\/li>
<\/ul>
Qualifications
<\/h3>
6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related HR functions
<\/p><\/li>
Prior experience leading or supporting onboarding operations
<\/p><\/li>
Workday and\/or ADP experience preferred
<\/p><\/li>
Nonprofit or public\-sector experience a plus
<\/p><\/li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution
<\/p><\/li>
