Content Development and Delivery SME/Instructor (DITMAC)
Summary
C² Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Content Development and Delivery SME/Instructor (DITMAC) to provide expert-led instruction and specialized subject-matter support for training related to Insider Threat, Counterintelligence (CI), Law Enforcement, and Personnel Security. This position requires deep domain knowledge, strong instructional skills, and the ability to translate sensitive operational material into high‑quality learning experiences for Department of Defense (DoD) audiences.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high‑quality instruction across classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert supporting course development, technical reviews, and content validation.
• Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and learning objective alignment.
• Develop case studies, exercises, and activities reflecting realistic Insider Threat and CI scenarios.
• Ensure all instruction and content comply with DoD policy, guidance, and security classification requirements.
• Maintain deep and current understanding of CI, Insider Threat, and security‑related operational practices.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance curriculum relevance, instructional quality, and mission effectiveness.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience – Required
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum five (5) years of subject‑matter experience in Insider Threat, CI, Law Enforcement, or Personnel Security.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience delivering instruction to adult learners in classroom or virtual environments.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate mission‑specific operational concepts.
Experience – Preferred
• Eight (8+) years of experience in CI, Insider Threat, Law Enforcement, or Personnel Security operations.
• Five (5+) years of classroom, virtual, or blended instruction within DoD or federal training environments.
• Experience supporting curriculum updates and instructional design integration.
Tools & Software
• Virtual delivery platforms (Adobe Connect, MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Instructional presentation tools (PowerPoint, Word).
• Secure collaboration and document‑control systems for classified environments.
Knowledge & Skills
• Expert knowledge of Insider Threat, CI, Law Enforcement, or Personnel Security policy and operational practices.
• Strong instructional delivery skills, including facilitation, communication, and learner engagement.
• Ability to translate complex operational concepts into instructionally sound learning materials.
• Strict adherence to classification, handling, and security protocols.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with ISDs, SMEs, and program stakeholders.
