Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
<\/li>Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
<\/li>Draft and edit emails, reports, letters, and official correspondence.
<\/li>Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).
<\/li>Prepare professional presentations using <\/span>Canva and PowerPoint<\/b> <\/span>for internal and external meetings.
<\/li>Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data tracking using <\/span>Microsoft Excel<\/b>.
<\/li>Coordinate between departments and communicate instructions from the General Manager.
<\/li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
<\/li>Arrange travel, events, and logistics when required.
<\/li>Support in organizing workshops, meetings, and donor or partner visits.

Requirements<\/h3>
Required Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related field).
<\/li>Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
<\/li>Very good command of English (written and spoken).
<\/li>Proficiency in <\/span>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/b>.
<\/li>Proficiency in <\/span>Canva<\/b> <\/span>for designing presentations and simple visual materials.
