Are you passionate about improving processes, driving change, and enhancing service delivery in a fast-paced operational environment? We are looking for a Process Officer – Development to join our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) and play a key role in strengthening how we operate.
Reporting to the Systems Enablement & Change Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert in process design and improvement. You will partner with leaders and frontline teams to develop, implement, and refine operational processes that support triage, dispatch, and service excellence.

You are proactive, collaborative, culturally aware, and confident in influencing positive change. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by improving systems that support critical services.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex problems, conduct detailed investigations, and identify effective solutions
- Clear communicator with good organisation, time management, and the ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to build positive relationships, handle conflict well, and work effectively across teams
- Proactive, customer-focused and able to deliver quality results within set timeframes
- Management science qualification (desirable)
- Qualification in Call Handling & Dispatching procedures (desirable)
- CAD, AQUA and ProQA (desirable)
