About the Role
We’re recruiting a Support Worker for our Carlisle service, where we help 9 amazing adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.
What will you do?
- Support individuals to enjoy their daily lives
- Join them on trips to local cafés , the swimming pool, the pub and lots of other places!
- Help them take part in their favourite activities
- Encourage independence and confidence every day
Shift Patterns
- 7:30am – 3pm
- 9am - 3pm
- 3pm – 10pm
- 2pm – 8pm
- 9:30pm – 7:30am (waking night) - we can offer a permanent waking night role if this is your preference
Please note: We require staff to be flexible to work a variety of different shifts on different days (including some waking nights) and are unable to offer a fixed working pattern at this time. Some weekend work is a requirement of the role as this is shared among the team to ensure fairness for everyone.
